What’s cool nowadays? This brand might have the answers

When you think of the word “cool,” who do you think of? This campaign from Herschel Supply Co. attempts to give us the answer in their “Look Forward” campaign. Among the “Look Forward” personalities are teenage rock band Calpurnia, which is led by singer Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things. A young ballerina, skateboarder, motocross rider and a clothing designer are also part of the dynamic youth culture represented in the campaign. All of them wanting to inspire young people to break boundaries and go into the unknown unafraid.

Rising R&B artist Jason Dhakal, DJ Brandon Jon, and mural artist Jappy Agoncillo were among the up-and-coming personalities who collectively represent the optimistic future of the local youth scene. Committed to coming up with fresh new ways to engage its community, Herschel draws inspiration from the enduring optimism of the youth for Fall 2018. They focus on 13 bright-eyed and future-focused young adults who are making waves in their respective fields of interest.

Herschel’s “Look Forward” campaign was the precursor to their Fall 2018 line. Their collection this season introduces an array of updated signature carryalls, new insulated pieces for the Apparel category, and a compelling range of travel accessories. From convenient Nova mini backpacks to their Carry-on collection, Herschel’s newest collection pushes everyone who embodies a youthful spirit to go forth and take on the world.

For Fall, they released new insulated pieces for the Apparel category and a compelling range of travel accessories. Starting off with the coveted Nova women’s mini backpack. Conceived as the perfect companion for adventurous weekends in the city, the Nova mini backpack gets a fancy upgrade with the Flight Satin fabric in Ash Rose, Deep Teal, Black, and Arrowwood. The backpack was also enhanced with dual top carrying handles, and slender shoulder straps.

Their Trade Power collection also marks a milestone for the brand themselves. Building on Herschel’s popular Trade hard shell luggage, the new Trade Power line features a convenient device charging luggage that comes in Carry-on and Small sizing. Each luggage features a sleek internal battery with an external port to keep mobile devices charged while awaiting departure.

The word “youth” has always been associated with the future. That’s a huge pressure on a generation, don’t you think? But that also pushes us to embrace possibilities. Going past the fear of the unknown, we anticipate what tomorrow can be. We get creative. We go with the flow. We head on forward.
