This new Lacoste collection lets you wear Keith Haring’s art

In the hall of pop art fame sits Keith Haring and his ability to harness the striking energy of a clean line. The urban artist created timeless art culled from the seemingly mundane figures of pictograms and stick men. Now, his work has been brought to the modern streets of the 21st century through this Lacoste tribute collection.

The line celebrates the merging of fashion with humble street art, along with the strong comeback of the ’80s aesthetic. Haring’s works are pop art at it’s finest—simple, loud, and oozing with personality. First finding their homes on walls in the East Village, his energetic pictograms have now made its way to the everyday wear of the urban individual. Who knew that barking dogs and dancing figurines could become this timeless?

Wear a touch of art and history on your wrist or display it for the world to see on your shirt; the possibilities run aplenty. The collection places Haring’s work on sneakers to tote bags to dresses to swimwear, and is available starting Mar. 27 at participating Lacoste stores.
