Quick question from the “Girl From Nowhere” stans: Is it Friday yet? The show’s season two premiere is still a few days away, but the trailer is here to sate us, at least.
Netflix has dropped the full trailer for the highly anticipated follow-up to hit Thai series “Girl From Nowhere,” headlined by the revenge kween of our dreams Nanno (played by Kitty Chicha Amatayakul). While the previously released teaser peeked at the so-called hijinks of our main gal and friends, the latest preview gave us a longer glimpse of a different school (in monochrome, no less), a confrontation with a new girl and a dangerous “game” with her new boo.
The new season will include eight new episodes and according to Netflix, it’s inspired by real news stories where “justice wasn’t served”—until they flip it in fiction, that is.
“Girl From Nowhere” season two will premiere this May 7 on Netflix. For a quick refresher, check out our rundown on how Nanno destroyed society’s ideals back in season one.
