This morning, we’d wager you’ve a.) woken up with numb fingers—a consequence of non-stop “add to cart” clicking; or b.) chosen the darker path and didn’t even bother sleeping. Because really, who would want to miss out on the smorgasbord of deals this Nov. 11?

Almost all the brands we chance upon everyday has joined this game of offering big, big sales. But in the sea of sites luring in our shopaholic selves, we find one with a different story: Commonwealth, an internationally recognized specialty boutique of contemporary lifestyle and streetwear pieces, is turning the head of the 11.11 craze by donating all of its proceeds.

The proceeds—100% of it—from our purchases today at Commonwealth Philippines will be sent to Philippine Red Cross, the premier humanitarian organization in the country that spearheads projects aiding disaster-stricken places. The money will help fund the relief efforts in Mindanao, which underwent a devastating series of earthquakes last month. Yup, you can both enjoy a slick pair of sneakers and help out  those who need our extra coins the most.

According to Inquirer.net the strongest earthquake of the three—which was 6.6-magnitude on Oct. 29—left a death toll of 14, totaling to 22 from the three quakes that happened in Cotabato. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) lists more than 146,700 people from about 150 villages in central Mindanao and nearby Davao region that felt the wrath. Since then, countless families have been scouring for food, clothing, shelter, medicine, and more.

On their Instagram, Commonwealth Philippines expressed their desire to organize a helpful community that cares about the greater good. It’s fulfilling to treat ourselves with purchases every now and then, but lending a hand while you’re at it is a different story. Today, we’ve been assured that Commonwealth’s handshake logo isn’t just for show. We need more of this. And just like almost everyone in this comment thread, we salute.
