Hidden Cinema | Film Screenings

In celebration of the Philippine Cinema’s 100th year, films tackling the birth of the industry during the colonial times up until its birth as a national cinema will be showcased for the last time on the event’s final screening tomorrow, June 14. Tickets are available at the Ayala Museum, but since seats are limited, you may check first the available tickets here. Discount applies on senior citizens, students, and teachers.

The Hidden Cinema: 100 Films for a Hundred Years

Curated by the multi-awarded filmmaker, film historian and film literacy advocate, Prof. Nick Deocampo, this art exhibition located at 2F Ayala Museum will show the heritage of the Philippine Cinema–tracing back to its roots which influences the story the Filipino motion pictures narrates. With this exhibit running until August 5, hustle up here because entrance is for free.
