Jollibee just released strawberry flavored fries and it’s blowing our minds

Savory-sweet snacks have been all the rage these days. From chocolate-covered potato chips to Nutella pizzas, this trendy mix of all kinds of flavors is making its way to various restaurants, and now, even our very own fast food chains. Jollibee is the latest place to release some new products that’s set to perk up anybody’s holiday season.

Love anything strawberry? You’re just in luck, because Jollibee just dropped two products today that you might just get obsessed with. The first is the Strawberry Tea Float, a tangy-sweet, strawberry-based tea topped with vanilla soft serve ice cream, best paired with regular fries or a Yumburger.

Mouth watering yet? The second has that savory-sweet flavor trending all over the globe–Strawberry Fries. Yeah, it sounds a little bit weird at first, but we swear it’s not that bad. This salty-sweet treat packs a strawberry flavored punch that resembles churros or donuts in taste. And you know what? It actually works. These fries are best eaten on their own as a dessert after your Jollibee meals or paired with Chickenjoy or Jolly Hotdogs.

Though people can be a bit skeptical over their uniqueness, we think it’s worth a shot. After all, where else can you get strawberry-flavored fries from?

Jollibee’s Strawberry Tea and Strawberry Fries are available at any Jollibee branch from today, Oct. 30, onwards. The Strawberry Tea Float is available solo for only P29.00*, or as an upgrade to a value meal for only P20.00*. The Strawberry Fries are available in Regular (P40.00*), Large (P65.00*), Jumbo (P80.00*) and can also be enjoyed with your favorite value meal as an upgrade for only P7.00*.
