Queer Arts Festival 2019: HimagSining

Are you ready for this one-day queer pop up art festival? Maybe that description is a recipe for a tongue twister. But don’t lie to us, we know that got you excited. HimagSining, presented by Metro Manila Pride, will be held at Cinematheque Manila this March 30. Expect contemporary art celebrating queer identity including burlesque shows, music, zines, films, panel discussion galore, and much much more. Our friends Effy Elmubarak, Trisha ‘O Bannon, and Christian King will be doing something special during the event. Better watch out for these talented folks!

Shirebound and Busking ALBUM Launch

This singer/songwriter has been breaking our hearts way before the I’m Drunk, I Love You OST. This Friday, he’s launching For Princesses, By Thieves O Mga Awit Ng Hiraya Para Sa Guni-Guning Sinta at Route 196. Ang Bandang Shirley, Oh, Flamingo,  Munimuni, and other talented acts will also join him. Get ready for some folk tunes that will either take you to a serene place or will get you too emotional to function. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
